We are delighted to have our photograph featured in the latest national advertising campaign initiated by Leitrim Tourism. Lee took this photo of his cousin Wilma with her daughter Mia out foraging shortly after the opening of The Blueway.
Our image is being used on bus advertising on 3 air-coach routes – 2 in Dublin City and one on the Dublin/Belfast route. Leitrim Tourism will also be conducting an extensive social media campaign alongside this marketing campaign in addition to adverts on national and regional radio. The target audience for this campaign is the domestic market particularly targeting families, Great Escapers and the Culturally Curious. The theme is ‘Leitrim – Creating Memories’.
To celebrate we are running a competition for all our friends in Dublin (and anyone visiting Dublin or the M1 between Dublin and Belfast) called #SUPandTheCity

Competition ends July 16th. Winners will receive a Season Ticket for Leitrim Surf Company entitling 2 people to join any scheduled SUP Safari on the Shannon Blueway this season. Season tickets are valid for 6 weeks from 18th July to 29th August are for a maximum of 2 x people aged over 12. (In addition children aged 6 – 12 may share a board with an capable adult).
Images will be voted on by an expert panel using the following criteria: Quality, Clarity, Composition, Uniqueness and Punchline. Anyone taking a photograph whilst driving a mechanically propelled vehicle will be disqualified. Stay safe folks!
